Responsibilities

As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional President in achieving important Financial Analytics to drive the business growth. This role, while situated within our operations team, requires close collaboration with the FP&A team, as well as engagement with New Mountain Capital.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Regional President to translate budget goals into actionable field KPIs
  • Review Financial Results with Regional President and provide proactive recommendations
  • Work with different systems to put together sound financial analysis
  • Monitor regional performance against financial and operational targets, and provide insightful reports and recommendations to the Regional President
  • Implement and optimize processes to enhance operational performance in line with strategic initiatives
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between operations, finance, and other stakeholders within the Company and at the sponsor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required
  • Experience in finance business partnering and FP&A
  • Must have strong Financial Modeling skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational excellence
