The HR Generalist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong business partnerships with management and associates, ensuring required levels of retention and associate satisfaction. This qualified applicant will also be responsible for supporting leadership in planning and rolling out new company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and align HR plans to support achievement of regional business objectives
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, practices, and legal requirements
• Investigate and resolve complex team member relations issues
• Collect relevant data and with the HR leadership team perform problem analysis and identify solutions
• Participate in team member corrective actions up to and including separations

• Four year degree from an accredited College or University
• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in a Regional Human Resources environment
