Overview

The Nursing Home/LTC Account Representative is a full-time professional and highly motivated account representative to travel to our contracted and non-contracted nursing home facilities in the DFW, Texas region to build and maintain relationships with the facilities’ leadership and administrative staff.  The account representative will be the main contact for both nursing home staff and residents’ family members. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for all Texas nursing home facilities in the assigned region with residents currently enrolled in our dental program
  • Visit nursing home facilities’ administrative staff on a regular basis
  • Contact and/or visit facility administrative staff weekly in order to enroll new residents in existing facilities
  • Conduct meetings with family members at current and prospect facilities as needed to explain our dental program and answer any questions
  • Conduct sales calls to residents’ families in order to obtain new enrollment
  • Solicit new business by acquiring new nursing home facilities in designated regions
  • Coordinate schedules with the dental clinical team to visit facilities
  • Reach out to dental clinical team on a regular basis to check-in
  • Attend new facility acquisition initial assessments to enroll eligible members and be of assistance to the clinical team
  • Submit all face sheets & applications to the home office in Sugar Land, TX on a timely basis
  • Prepare and send status reports to home office to report weekly business activity to Management via the company designated CRM
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality of resident records in accordance with HIPAA
  • Comply with the hiring company’s employee handbook guidelines

Qualifications

The position requires a professional, self-motivated, and driven employee. Candidate should also possess excellent communication skills. Must be proficient with a computer (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office), CRM system, attentive to details, professional appearance and attitude, reliable, and prompt.


• Proven successful sales experience is required in the healthcare industry
• Current Texas Life & Health Insurance license is preferred (if not current, license must be obtained within 90 days of employment date)
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
