Responsibilities
- Will be working with the Accounting and Customer Service Department
- Have a direct working relationship with Marketing to assist with new groups and brokers.
- Continuously looking for opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively.
- Acts as liaison between Accounting and Groups.
- Data entry new applications, additions, and changes into the system
- Analyze spreadsheets and membership between databases.
- Handle and support additional projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey a professional manner
- Sound decision making, problem solving, and judgment skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Strong computer knowledge and experience including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access,Powerpoint and Outlook.
