Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in expanding FCL Dental’s footprint in the Dallas Metroplex and Oklahoma markets. This is a high-impact position focused on new business development and client retention. You’ll work closely with brokers, producers, and internal teams to deliver customized dental benefit solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

We're looking for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about delivering long-term value to customers.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to target and close new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with brokers/producers to ensure alignment and value delivery.

  • Promote FCL Dental’s product offerings and communicate unique value propositions.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and client interaction logs.

  • Travel within assigned territory (including occasional overnight trips).

What You Bring

  • Experience in employee benefits or healthcare-related sales.

  • Strong network and knowledge of the Dallas and Oklahoma markets.

  • Proven ability to build relationships, identify needs, and close deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and account management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to long-term client satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
