- Day to Day responsibilities: Outbound call center, assist and educate Medicaid members on preventative benefits and Services such as scheduling their appointment, Dental provider changes, ID Cards and Coordinate transportation and other services.
- Call center experience is a must; worker is expected to be on the phones for the shift and will need to follow their schedule timely
- Using a computer system, schedules daily Medicaid member appointments inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gathers information, assesses caller needs, researches, and resolves inquiries, and documents calls.
- Provides clear and concise information regarding member eligibility, along with assisting callers with logistics of appointment
- Follows documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
- Overall acts as an advocate for Medicaid members to ensure their needs are met.
