Sonrava Health is looking for a dynamic and creative self-starter to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Hygiene Recruiter. Every day, dental services are provided to our patients by more than 5,000 Sonrava Health professionals and non-clinical team members throughout more than 300 clinic locations and Sonrava Health corporate headquarters in Orange, California.
The Dental Hygiene Recruiter's job is to source, screen, and hire qualified dental hygienists for dental practices and organizations by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to placement. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, networking to build candidate pipelines, conducting interviews and background checks, and serving as a liaison between dental offices and candidates to ensure a successful match and seamless onboarding process.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong relationship-building skills to create and maintain a network of dental professionals.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms.
Understanding of the Dental Field:
• Knowledge of dental hygiene roles, necessary qualifications, and the broader dental industry is highly advantageous.
• The ability to manage a heavy volume of communications and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Associates Degree or equivalent recruiting experience
• An epic ability to deliver customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, sometimes including short or aggresive timelines
• Experience using the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, maybe some PowerPoint)
• UKG and iCIMS (ATS) experience a plus
• Dental Background a plus
