We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical individual contributor role responsible for owning the day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance of large-scale digital media programs in a regulated healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing mix strategy and full-funnel advertising, and knows how to balance upper-, mid-, and lower-funnel investments to drive efficient growth while operating within healthcare advertising guidelines. You will work cross-functionally within and outside of Marketing to ensure media investments are optimized to meet Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) goals, ROAS targets, and broader business objectives—while pacing budgets accurately, responsibly, and compliantly.
Own end-to-end performance marketing execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Online Video (OLV)
· Build and launch campaigns, including account structure, targeting, budgets, creatives, and tracking
· Manage and optimize 8-figure annual media budgets, balancing spends across the full marketing funnel to support awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
· Apply a strong understanding of the marketing mix to inform channel allocation, testing strategies, and investment decisions
· Ensure accurate budget pacing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
· Optimize campaigns to consistently meet and exceed CAC and ROAS goals
· Conduct proactive, day-to-day account management, including pacing, bid adjustments, testing, and as needed, resolve campaign errors
· Research, analyze, and identify performance trends, audience insights, and platform opportunities
· Continuously test and iterate on creative, audiences, bid strategies, and channel mix
· Partner cross-functionally with creative, brand, social, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns meet internal and external regulatory standards
· Ensure all media executions comply with:
· Develop clear, actionable performance reporting and insights using analytics tools
· Communicate performance results, learnings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
· 5–7 years of experience in digital media or performance marketing including;
· Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and OLV campaigns
· Proven experience launching and scaling campaigns from the ground up
· Experience managing 8-figure media budgets with the use of shared budget portfolios in ad platforms
· Experience managing campaigns for a multi-location based business
· Demonstrated understanding of marketing mix strategy and full-funnel media planning
· Proven experience segmenting audiences for campaigns targeting different parts of the funnel
· Strong experience optimizing media against CAC and ROAS goals
· Advanced performance reporting and analysis experience using Power BI, Google Analytics or similar platforms
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
· Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Wrike
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with DSPs
· Experience with Ad Tech platforms such as SKAI (formerly Kenshoo)
· Prior experience in the healthcare, health services, pharma, or regulated health-adjacent industry
· Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance and privacy considerations
