Total Rewards and HRIS Manager performs hands-on HR systems administration and Total Rewards program work for Sonrava Health. The position configures and maintains UKG Pro and iCIMS, resolves system and data issues, and leads technology and process improvement projects. Total Rewards responsibilities include compensation analysis, job evaluation, salary structure maintenance, annual pay-cycle administration, benefits analysis, and operational support for enrollment and leave programs. This role completes work independently, coordinates projects, solves technical problems, and manages and prioritizes ongoing work with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

HR Systems Administration and Data Integrity

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro and iCIMS business rules, workflows, organizational data, job codes, and employee and manager self-service processes.
• Investigate system incidents, identify root causes, complete corrective work, and document resolutions; escalate technical defects to IT or vendors and track them through closure.
• Maintain standard integrations and data mappings; troubleshoot file errors and reconcile records across HR, payroll, benefits, retirement, and recruiting systems.
• Perform data audits and controlled data loads; validate results, resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation of approved changes.
• Administer approved security access, support periodic access reviews, and work with IT to protect confidential employee and compensation information.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for workforce, compensation, benefits, and service performance; validate calculations and data definitions before distribution.

Total Rewards Administration

• Maintain salary structures and job architecture records, including job families, levels, titles, and grades; reconcile approved changes with HR systems.
• Analyze internal equity, pay compression, market competitiveness, and compensation costs; prepare recommendations and cost scenarios for HR and Finance review.
• In partnership with Payroll, execute incentive administration, including eligibility validation, budget worksheets, system setup, calculation checks, approvals, and payroll handoffs.
• Maintain compensation procedures and program documentation; prepare clear manager guidance and employee communications for approved changes.
• Coordinate assigned open enrollment work, including eligibility audits, enrollment testing, employee communications, vendor file validation, and deduction reconciliation.
• Support benefits, retirement, and leave audits by preparing accurate data, supporting records, and reconciliation schedules for review by program owners and advisors.
• Maintain approved time-off and leave rules in HR systems; investigate accrual, eligibility, and pay-impact discrepancies with Benefits and Payroll.
• Document program procedures, respond to escalated operational questions within established guidelines, and identify opportunities to simplify administration and improve employee understanding.

Project Delivery and Process Improvement

• Lead assigned Total Rewards and HRIS projects from requirements through delivery; maintain scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and completion criteria.
• Perform configuration and build work, develop test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and obtain required approvals before release.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables, data conversions, cutover activities, and post-launch validation; report progress and escalate decisions affecting deadlines or quality.
• Create job aids and deliver user training; improve transaction workflows and request routing, and track whether changes reduce errors, manual work, or resolution time.

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience across HRIS and Total Rewards, including hands-on HR system administration and substantive compensation or benefits program work.
• Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot enterprise HR systems.
• Experience with salary structures, compensation analysis, and annual compensation administration.
• Working knowledge of benefits enrollment, leave and time-off processes, payroll deductions, and vendor data reconciliation.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-launch issue resolution; supervisory experience is not required.
• Experience creating moderate to complex HR reports and reconciling data across systems; advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Ability to explain technical and Total Rewards information clearly, manage competing deadlines, and work independently with confidential information.
